Training

You CAN teach an old dog, new tricks.  That is, with our experienced, ce rtified on-site trainers.  Whether you have a new puppy or a stubborn older dog, it’s never too early or too late to teach them obedience training.  With a firm yet loving manner and a philosophy based on positive reinforcement, we teach you and your dog to respond to commands that help you both lead a safe, fun and stress-free life together, in and out of the house.

Along with our group training classes, Linda also offers private training sessions, designed to work on specific unwanted behaviors, such as barking at people or dogs, leash pulling, aggression, jumping and nipping.

Just give us a call and you can set up your own individualized training program - in your own home, at the park, on the street - wherever the behavior occurs.

We also offer a new service exculsively for our daycare dogs - it's an in-house training program that can be set up as an add-on service to your daycare package.  Call for more info.

Basic Obedience Courses

 Playground Pups Basic Obedience Courses run every Tuesday and Thursday evenings except for Holidays.  All classes begin at 7:30 PM for one hour.  The six one hour classes (6 pack) is $350 plus tax payable at the first session.  Linda Gatto, our Certified Head Trainer will lead all classes, which will cover all basic commands and any other issues that the class would like to work on.  The course has limited space so please register early! Intermediate and Advanced Training Courses Coming Soon

Puppy Playgroup -

 Join us every Saturday morning from 10 - 11am for our  FREE Puppy Playgroup.  It is open to all puppies ages up to 7 months of age and it's run by our head trainer, Linda Gatto.  It's a great opportunity for your new pups to socialize and have fun while you learn helpful tips for raising a happy, well behaved puppy!  Please bring proof of current vaccines and remember, space is limited and it's filled on a first come first serve basis.
